Montgomery County officials have taken enforcement action at a downtown Bethesda construction site after sidewalks remained unshoveled several days following a winter storm.
The issue occurred outside the future Artena Bethesda apartment development, located along Wisconsin Avenue and Woodmont Avenue. According to county regulations, property owners are required to clear sidewalks within 24 hours after snowfall or other winter precipitation ends.
