Bethesda Florist Announces New Location Ahead of March 2026 Move
Bethesda Florist has officially confirmed the location of its upcoming storefront and the timeline for its relocation. The longtime local business will continue operating at its current address, 4934 St. Elmo Avenue, until March 1, 2026. After that date, the florist will reopen at its new location at 8125-C Wisconsin Avenue, a site that faces Maple Avenue near Lynbrook Park.

The new storefront sits next to a Montgomery County public parking lot, which is expected to improve convenience for customers picking up arrangements and placing orders in person.
For many regular customers, the move will mark a transition between seasonal occasions. Valentine’s Day orders will still be handled from the St. Elmo Avenue location, while spring holidays such as Easter, Passover, and Mother’s Day will be served from the new Wisconsin Avenue shop.
The relocation reflects a shift for a business that has been part of the Bethesda community for decades. While future development is planned in parts of the surrounding area, the florist’s new storefront is positioned in a quieter section of the neighborhood with easy access and visibility.
As the March move approaches, customers can expect continued service during the transition, with the same floral arrangements, delivery options, and personalized service the shop has long been known for.
