More Signs of Hakim 1 Stop Shop in Silver Spring
Fresh “coming soon” signage has been installed at the future Hakim 1 Stop Shop location at 8433 Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Spring. The new signage now sits above the storefront, marking where the permanent store branding is expected to go.
While the exterior update is noticeable, the interior remains hidden behind covered windows, leaving residents guessing about construction progress inside the space.
The temporary signage features welcoming visuals of downtown Silver Spring along with an image of the U.S. Capitol dome, adding a local touch to the presentation.
No official opening date has been announced yet, but the added signage suggests the project is steadily moving forward.
